*Brochure for biopsy of prostate
and seminal vesicles (PDF)--This brochure is given to patients
who will biopsy with 3-D stereotactic system and computed tomography-guided
pararectal method. It is the guideline that a patient must follow
before the biopsy.
*Brochure for pre-treatment
planning (PDF)--This brochure is given to patients who will
undergo 3-D CT-guided pararectal brachytherapy. It is the guideline
that a patient must follow before the implant.
*Brochure for discharge
(PDF)--This brochure is given to patients before being discharged
from URPI after treatment with 3-D CT-guided pararectal brachytherapy.
It outlines the post-treatment and radiation precautions that must
be followed.
